Summary
Sword Birds

Chapter one,
This chapter talks about, how the cardinals and blue jays where at war and why they captured each others young. Then they name the captains on the cardinals’ side and blue jays side of the forest. The captains are Slime Beak, Skylion, Glenage, and Blue wingles.
Chapter two,
This chapter talks about how captured birds were put into compounds and killed if they tried to escape, but they came up with a plan to trick and escape the guards so they could escape. So they each volunteered to see who they could think of a plan to escape. And one person was brave enough to try to escape.
Chapter three,
This is about how the hawks made the slave birds work on there fortress, and they had to scream squawk, squawk, squawk to beg for mercy. And if one of the guards’s caught you trying to escape they would kill them. And if they were sick they would be killed because they would be worthless.
Chapter four,
And this chapter is about how the blue jays and the cardinals were in battle. Until an old warrior came out of his fortress to stop them and tell them that their fighting because of the hawks,
Because of how the hawks wanted to control them. So they gave orders to still from each other, because they wanted them to kill each other.
Chapter five,
This chapter talks about how the Cardinals and the Blue Jays celebrated their uniting of the two parties. Then while they were celebrating the hawks were setting up a surprise attack on the party. And on the other side of the party Aska helped celebrate the uniting.
Chapter Ten,
This chapter was about how the Hawks, Ravens, and Crows attacked the Blue Jays and the Cardinals while they were they were celebrating.
They thought that they were armed, but instead they used their resources which were pies, soups, beans, and cakes. But while they were fighting they noticed that one of the cardinals turned on the blue jays and the cardinals.
