Letter About My Suspension

On March 4th, 2009, I was suspended because a student brought a gun to school, and he passed it to this girl, and she held it while he was getting interrogated, and so I was in the hallway and the girl walked up to me and asked me if I could hold it for her, and before I could say anything she dropped it in my binder.

Then I threw it away because I didn’t know what my consequence may be, so I left it there and left it alone but then she told the principle that I had the gun but I told them I threw it away and I was going to turn it in but I was thinking that someone would try to get me.

Letter About My Suspension

On February 19, 2009, I was suspended because I was being bullied, and I decided to act with violence, so they suspended me for 3 days but it didn’t go on my record. The fight started while I was in class and I was doing my work and there was a problem I couldn’t finish so I ask the teacher if I could get help from a classmate, and so forth while I was getting help from a student this boy walks up and he starts disturbing us, and then he starts talking about me and I asked him to move but instead he starts pushing me around, and so I asked him to move again and the teacher asked why was he bothering me and then he pushes me again and so I pushed him into the desk.

Then he starts to get mad and so he throws a punch and misses, and I hit him in the face two times, and he tackles me and he tries to hit me, and I rolled over and hit him, and the teacher got me of him, and I kicked him while he was on the ground. Then he got up and tried to attack me again.
